FROM THE PROJECT MANAGER . . .

The Parkview project featured twenty four fee simple sections with a range of standalone, three-bedroom family homes in the peaceful surrounds of Avalon Park.  All homes had internal access garaging and heat pumps. This project was completed in the 2020 financial year. Purchasers ranged from young families, owner occupiers, first home buyers and retirees. The development is situated adjacent to Avalon Tennis Club, and has Avalon Park across the road.
