CENTRAL PARK

Central Park comprised of 34 new homes on fee simple sections in Epuni, Lower Hutt.

A range of modern, two and three bedroom townhouses were constructed and handed over to their new owners in stages throughout 2021. The new street name was officially unveiled as 'Ron Deal Way' after the late Mr Ron Deal, former Town Clerk/Chief Executive of Lower Hutt City.

FROM THE PROJECT MANAGER . . .

A subdivision featuring thirty four, fee simple sections with a range of two and three bedroom townhouses close to local amenities. This project has sold out and was very popular amongst first home buyers, with some townhouses being released to the market at an affordable level from $550,000.  Central Park on Copeland was set for completion in 2021. The private lane within this development was named after long serving clerk for Hutt City Council, Ron Deal.
