FAIRFIELD WATERS

This distinctive housing development, designed by Solari Architects, is a great example of high quality, medium density housing. 

The final set of keys for homes in Fairfield Waters were handed over in June 2018. The new road, “Glen Evans Crescent”, was officially opened in February 2018 and was named after ex. Lower Hutt Mayor, Glen Evans who was a great leader and contributor to our city.

FROM THE PROJECT MANAGER . . .

This residential development project was UPL’s foray into medium density and proved to be its flagship project leading to several others of its type. ‘Fairfield Waters’ featured twenty fee simple sections with a range of housing typologies – six 2 bedroom duplex homes, eight 3 bedroom two storey townhouses and six stand alone, single level, three and four-bedroom homes set in the tranquil area of Fairfield.  This project was completed in the 2018 financial year. Purchasers ranged from young families, owner occupiers, first home buyers and retirees. The private lane was named after one of Lower Hutt’s Mayors – Glen Evans.
