TAKAI HERE TANGATA

In a first for Urban Plus Limited, this Community Housing project is the result of a partnership between Urban Plus, Hutt City Council, Kahungunu Whanau Services and Te Kahui Rangitahi O Atiawa.

We are proud to have been involved in creating 19 new one and two bedroom homes in Taita, Lower Hutt. Built to the New Zealand Green Building Council’s Home Star-6 rating, each home will include above building code features improving the health, energy and sustainability for each property.

This is a special development. From the outset this project was about the people who would be living here. A special thanks goes to the build the team who worked through Covid-19 and the resulting supply chain disruptions to ensure we handed over a quality development and a platform for building a community.
