Our housing projects are centred around a commitment to delivering quality, efficient residential homes that contribute to the urban growth of Hutt City. 

We seek to partner with like minded organisations to address the pressing housing need in Lower Hutt across several sectors of the housing continuum. We also continue to improve our own portfolio of rental housing through targeted regeneration and expansion projects.
