If you or a loved one are elderly or socially disadvantaged and looking for accommodation within the Hutt City District, we could have just what you are looking for.
We offer affordable housing, with rents starting as low as $135.00 per week. Enjoy the friendships, safety and well-maintained properties our housing can offer. We also offer a 24-hour maintenance service and a tenant liaison service. All the units are made as comfortable as possible for residents. Grounds are generally maintained by urbanplus, though tenants can have their own flower or vegetable gardens.

Fees and charges
All fees and charges include GST. Weekly rental varies depending on the type of unit and location.
Target response times
- Housing availability is advised at the time of inquiry.
- Tenancy is confirmed on signing a Tenancy Agreement and paying a Tenancy Bond.
- All calls for assistance from tenants are responded to within 24 hours.
- Maintenance work will be carried out:
- immediately in urgent cases; or
- within 24 hours in non urgent cases, or later when materials become available.
- Public inquiries concerning urbanplus-owned property will be responded to within five working days.
