Building facilities and property management
We provide a comprehensive range of building contract management services for building owners.
We ensure that all the requirements under the Building Act and related legislation are enforced and we manage and supervise registered contractors to undertake the inspection and maintenance work.
The contracts we establish and manage range from indoor plant supply to heating and air conditioning systems.
Services we provide include:
- conditional surveys of buildings to prepare financial budgets for one, 10 and 20 year plans
- planning and implementing building maintenance and project work
- managing budget allocation for all buildings and approving payments
- establishing and updating building ISO documentation
- undertaking conditional assessments of buildings
- preparing asset management plans
- ensuring buildings comply with related building legislation
- engaging and managing consultants and contractors to ensure all building maintenance and development requirements are achieved.
We are currently contracted to manage building facility work and building project work for Hutt City Council, and are available to undertake management services for other clients.
