Currently we manage and implement all facilities maintenance contracts and projects for Hutt City Council. This portfolio is diverse and covers libraries, public toilets, halls, civic buildings, community houses and commercial buildings. We have a rigorous management process that ensures compliance with current building legislation.

Applying to use Hutt City Council land for private use
We manage all applications for private use of Hutt City Council land, including easements, encroachments, disposals and leasing.
Our decisions on granting most applications for the private use of this land are guided by the Council’s policy on Private Use of Hutt City Council Land. However, disposals are dealt with separately on a case-by-case basis, by applying directly to us.
